Chubby Devil Monster Crochet Stuffed Animal
Every time fall comes around, I get the crochet bug. I usually only crochet in the cooler months, but this time the inspiration came when the first of the two hurricanes that came through Florida between September and October came.

It’s been a little while since I’ve blogged. It can be overwhelming wearing a thousand hats to run a business, especially when you’re also a mom to four kids. The truth is that I’ve found that mixing what I love with running a business is challenging.

One of the things I love about wood is that each kind has it’s own charm to it. The spalting in many types of wood adds such a beautiful character that I just adore! I recently made these beautiful spalted maple candle holders for tea lights and think they are just the perfect gift for someone who adores wood.

One of the newest items to come to market with me are these gorgeous walnut wood egg holder trays. They’re available in 6 and 12 count holders and fit perfectly in your fridge’s egg cubby! These make for “egg”cellent housewarming gifts! I’m a dork…. I know.
Cigar Rest + Whisky Barrel Stave Flight
I just finished a beautiful new design on these whisky barrel staves that includes a cigar rest. You know what they say…. Cigars and whisky go together like peas and carrots. I’m pretty sure they don’t say that, but it sounded good in my head.

As an artist, I'm always working on something. Whether it's to continue mastering my craft or just something for fun/hobby, I love learning new things, styles, etc.
Adding Some Art Prints
I've been a busy bee trying to get my website up and going. It's been awhile since I gave my website a facelift so it's well overdue. I'm also trying to add some products for those of you that can't attend any of my art shows/markets. With time I'll be able to add more, but for now, here are some art prints.
New Date Added
I mentioned somewhere that I was taking some time off in January and February and had only planned on attending The Green Room Brewery's maker's markets for January and February, however my contract was renewed for the first quarter of 2024 for the Nocatee Farmer's Market so I've added those dates to my calendar! I look forward to seeing everyone there.

I admit, I have no idea if blogging is ever going to make a come back, but one thing I do know is that I miss writing a blog. Since closing down my photography studio back in 2018 to focus on motherhood, I've wandered around experimenting to try to figure out what's next in my world. All of my kids are in school so I have time to shift focus to my career again.
